Dr. Paul Therattil, the best decision I made for a plastic surgeon upon my research following a bilateral mastectomy from breast cancer. From my first encounter till today, he has been nothing short of professional, kind and compassionate. Great bedside manner. Had a DIEP W/FLAP done 11-20-25 and so far, recovery is going well. Dr Therattil is a great physician. If it weren't for he and his team I'd likely have lost my foot. Prior to and post op he explained everything that was going to happen to me so that I fully understood. Frankly, I don't think I could ever have found a better physician anywhere. No one should have any reservations about using him. Talk about work; he worked on Friday in the OR from 0730 until 0230 the following morning. He even stopped in to see me after midnight one night. Hardest working man I've ever seen. Definitely five stars. To follow up weeks later, Dr. Therattil continues to be easily available for my progress and is very helpful with prescriptions. BTW, I'm not in NJ so his attentiveness to my condition is greatly appreciated. Ray

I am beyond pleased with the work he has done for me. Since day one he has addressed all of my concerns and listened to every little detail.
