Optum Family Medicine - Moorestown

I have been seeing the doctors here for 15 years and will never return. This practice has now moved from Moorestown to Cherry Hill (near the mall). They did not notify patients. The patient experience has declined dramatically with each company that has purchased the practice. Now, there is no way to reach the office directly - the main number sends your call to a service that vets your concern and acts as a go-between. It is impossible to speak with anyone ever. So frustrating!

Scheduled an appointment back in September. They stopped taking United Health Insurance November 1st. My appointment which I waited months for was November 7. I didn’t receive a call. I took time off work to show up. I had to leave at the door. Way to make patients feel like their lives and health matter. Don’t even bother, they don’t care about your time, they don’t care about your health.

This place is awful and has gone so far downhill. A lot of people who have been going here have switched doctors and I am finally about to as well. I showed up for an appointment and they said that no doctor is in today and that I should’ve received a phone call. I got a text a few hours prior confirming my appointment was scheduled for today and no call. Do not waste you time. This place is disorganized and extremely disrespectful of its patients.

This place gets worse with every name change. Dr. Martz is nice but it’s difficult to get an appointment. No sick visit appointments available for the next 3 days. What is the point of having a doctor if you can’t go when you’re sick?
