Optum - Eastvale

Dr. Newman is an amazing Doctor. He's very professional and helps you understand everything and is very knowledgeable of course. I would definitely recommend this doctors office and him if you need a primary doctor. He's understanding in everything you ask. What I like most is he'll make sure to fully make sure you are healthy and will do any blood work or send you to a specialist if needed and makes sure you get the right care and treatment until you're healed. You can tell he's a doctor that truly takes care of his patients and wants the best for them. Wish there was more doctors like this. Also a big plus every nurse upfront is extremely nice. They're all super friendly.

I'm disapoted I have chronic condition been in ER 3 times ER Dr says as long you come we will give you medicine for the pain but honestly your family practitioner should be handling cronics conditions regular basis Dr suggest follow with primary call for an appointment 3 weeks from the day I've call the day of the appointment I get a phone call Dr was not in so they had to reschedule again closet available day 3 weeks a joke!! I walk in obviously I need to see a Dr! reception "sorry we no longer have urgent care""...so I guess I'll visit the ER again but defently not comming here again switching clinic..

Front desk staff doesn’t pick up calls and not able to book or cancel appointments at Eastvale’s Optum location.

All the employees at Optum are amazing!!! Dr.Newman is very knowledgeable and thorough during appointments along with Lizette… Overall it’s a great environment.. short wait times and always clean and organized

New facility- very clean & the girls at the front desk were very friendly. Didn’t have to wait to long to see the doctor, which was a nice change. Dr. Sathya was good & thorough on explaining my results. She took her time talking to you.
