Started going here during my first pregnancy and it helped so much. I mostly see Dr. Shelley now, and she has helped me a ton with lots of back issues. All of the staff are amazing, I can’t recommend them enough !

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and I can’t recommend this chiropractor enough. The care, professionalism, and consistency have made such a difference in my health and overall well-being. Always attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping patients feel their best. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I’ve received all these years.

My family and I love this place. Dr Melissa and Dr. Trisha are awesome. Great with my pregnant wife, my 6month old, great for myself and helping with my fibromyalgia. Highly recommend for families and well, everyone.

I have been going to optimal wellness for over three years. I used to live really close by, but moved 20 min away and still make the trek every other week at a minimum. Optimal wellness has shaped my health for the better. I have been adjusted by every chiropractor in the office and they are all wonderful. I see Jane for massages and she is the best massage therapist I've ever had - I almost don't want to say that because her schedule is so busy! I can't recommend you visit this practice more.

I have been going to Optimal Wellness since 20 weeks in my pregnancy. I had never been to a chiropractor and had some reservations... but I was having really bad sciatic nerve pain... on top of a shoulder that has bothered me for years and was willing to try anything. After one session my nerve pain was gone in 2 days! Dr. Patricia spent time and care with me explaining everything and putting me at ease. I ended up going through the rest of my pregnancy... I took a 3 week break and noticed the difference so got back on schedule. On top of the pregnancy symptoms my shoulder issue is so much better. I also started getting massages and I cant say enough good things about that experience! On top of all these positive results, they are very reasonably priced which is so nice because I have real
