Dental Implant Center Of Royal Oak

I have been a client of the Implant Center for about 3 years. Initially, they have completed 4 implants with crowns. Most recently, we are in the second phase of a process that involves 2 more implants, a bridge and 2 crowns. To complicate it, I live in Florida most of the year. Both Dr. Omar El-Banhawy and Dr. Chad Elhage have been extremely professional, personable and caring. Their staff has been very responsive to my questions and flexible with my travel plans. I have worked with a number of Dental Implant Centers but none that have been as qualified and caring to my needs. Highly recommend this team of people that put the “care” in Dental Care!

Currently on the plane en route to vacation all thanks to this office. Called at 330 on a Monday, the dentist and whole office stayed after for over an hour just to make sure I was good to go for my vacation. First place I went to (two days prior only because they were ipen on Saturday) showered me with compliments to keep me complacent in them while their best synopsis was the most expensive and very miniscule on derail for work) $700 to over $10,000 to fix a loose bridge but this office was honest, upfront and confident enough to help me in the same day rather than make me wait in panic without my smile. Dr. El-Banhawy and his entire team are absolutely outstanding! From the moment you call to the moment you leave your appointment, everyone treats you with genuine respect and care. I have dental anxiety, and they always take the time to make sure I feel comfortable and supported. I recently had to be squeezed in for a broken tooth, and the whole office went above and beyond to accommodate me: I am going to call out Jessica and Jennifer in administration as I have worked with them the most, but everyone else there is also amazing. The entire team at the Dental Implant Center of Royal Oak have been fantastic. They have helped manage my care in coordination with my orthodontist to help resolve a bite issue that resulted in failed teeth and dental implants.
