Optimal Therapy Horizon

I would recommend this place to everyone! Such an amazing group of kind, caring, dedicated physical therapists. I got the best care for my injured shoulder and humerus from Alan and his staff, especially Gene, Jewel and Terra and I can move my arm more than I ever hoped. The front desk ladies were also so helpful, always. Thank you all.

It's such a great place! Right from the door - modern, clean and neat. Very pleasant staff! Alan and Keanne were helping my 14 y.o. son today with his tennis elbow injury. In just 30 min so much was done! Keanne got to work on my son's arm, talked to us about all the exercises he's been doing, and what he needs to do. Alan worked with my son very detailed, trying to figure out the root of the problem. And he did find a problem coming from compressed nerve in his pec muscle. Alan showed stretching exercises for this particular spot. Amazing! Because right after easing that nerve, the pain got so much less with serve movement. Also, to ease the elbow pain Alan did dry needling on my son, very nice and gentle. I am very thankful for the work that has been done!!!

The physical therapist, Alan, is amazing. So many people in the medical profession don’t often listen well to the patient. Alan responds effectively and compassionately. He truly cares for each patient holistically, not just around where the pain is. His kind and friendly manner is disarmingly inviting, even when the treatment is uncomfortable. As someone who has had years of physical therapy (after eight different surgeries) he is by far the best PT I’ve ever had. His skills and bedside manner are unsurpassed. I have referred everyone I know to him for pain relief. And it’s not just Alan, his office staff is kind, and responsive and attentive, even when the office is full of people. They always seem to manage personalized care and kindness. Thank you, Optimal Horizon PT staff!

Optimal therapy is great. People that work there are very friendly and work so well together. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but they were all wonderful. I do remember Alan's name, and I know he works very hard to make Optimal Therapy run very efficiently. Thank you all for helping to make my neck feel better.

I haven't completed my therapy yet, but the amount of gratitude that I have for Dr. Alan and his entire team is immeasurable. I have been dealing with chronic neck and back pain and constant muscle stiffness for over 10 years. I felt a noticeable change for the better after my first session, and drastic relief after the sessions that followed. I'm not done yet, but this is the biggest pain relief I ever experienced in over a decade.
