I’m going to be honest I went with this option because of the reviews. I had an appointment scheduled for last week but was called two days before stating we need to reschedule to this week because the NP was leaving early that day.. no big deal… Came in today and started off great - arrived 30 minutes early to do paperwork. Stayed in the first lobby for 45 minutes. Was taken back and vitals were taken and then taken to another lobby for 40 minutes. I was excited because the nurse who took my vitals was telling me how awesome this NP was and how she really listens to her patients and will stay up late just researching things for them when it calls for it. Ms. Gerriann is AMAZING and THOROUGH and she LISTENS and she CARES and I feel safe with her overseeing my health. I appreciate that she lets me talk her to death and she never rushes me. She listens and takes as much time that is needed to explain things to ensure I feel confident in my health when I leave. Thank you! Edited to review front desk and lab lady: anybody in the front desk (two ladies and a gentleman), have greeted me with a big smile and are friendly while I check in. When I leave, they do not let me make it out of the door without telling me to have a great day with enthusiasm in their voice to match what they are saying. Thank yall! The lab lady is kind, understanding, patient, and not judgmental in anyway. She will go above and beyond to make sure you don’t feel bad about

The wait time was minimal and each staff member was extremely pleasant. Dr. Krause was attentive and concerned, taking steps to address my problem in an unhurried manner. I have a follow-up visit scheduled in one month to monitor the outcome of the prescribed treatment.

Everyone was pleasant but I felt somewhat unheard. Not enough time as a new patient to fully discuss history, concerns, etc... I was told there were two more patients waiting and that several lunches have been missed. I also got the impression that rather than being a partner in my health care; that it's more of a referral coordination office. I get how hectic it can be, I've worked for doctors. Leaving, I felt that very little had been accomplished. Hopefully it was just a day and when I return I'll feel more heard and have a greater response as a rapport developes.

This office provides a calm atmosphere for the clients being treated there. Dr. Kraus is a good listener and is genuinely interested in each client's concerns for their health. The staff are friendly, attentive, and courteous.
