I found the doctor and his nurse practitioner to be very good. I have been dealing with these symptoms for over three years. Doctor Minges did an excellent job maneuvering just how many levels of ACDF surgery I would need. I am however, very disappointed in the way Vicki handled things leading up to the surgery. Once they were able to determine that I needed surgery, she dropped the ball. Dr. Minges stated that I would be have surgery before the end of the month. Vicki did not submit things to my insurance in a timely manner then got mad when I called to ask when I would be getting surgery. I was under pressure by my employer to get a date and Vicki was nothing but rude! I am not sure what to think and if I wasn't so far into this journey with Dr. Minges, I would go elsewhere

I saw Dr. Minges in the Cape Girardeau office as part of my worker's comp case. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure you get the treatment you need. Since it was a worker's comp case I was afraid that he might be working for the insurance company, but that was not the case. He did what was the best treatment for me. I would recommend Dr. Minges to anyone who is experiencing back pain.

You have left me for dead... I had spinal fusion surgery in Oct. 2018, yeah it i thought it worked with me pushing myself hard to get better. In 2020 I started having problems with walking and having severe pain. In 2021 I found out it was because of my surgery he done that it's now considered a deadly condition. I have a lot of other problems with my back and legs. Now i have a shorter life, when I found out it was to late for the lawyer to take him to court but to be honest I don't want money, I just would like him to see me in person and see the horror I live now with all the pain I go through daily I have to have help with everything I do now. I did try to tell him several times something was not right but he dismissed it. Now there's nothing anyone can do to help me except with pain m

I would never recommend anyone to this office for any surgery or treatment. Mr. Minges does not have good bedside manner, appointments are rushed, he has a large deficit in the ability to effectively communicate with patients about what their surgery will entail. His office staff is horrid. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and dismissive by people in medical care than I have with this office. I had a question prior to surgery pertaining to the spinal fusion I was going to have, so I called and requested to leave a message with a nurse. The receptionist, Vicky, would not let me leave a message for a nurse after I repeatedly (at least 5 times) requested that I would like to leave a message with a nurse, then Vicky proceeded to state that SHE was a nurse! I was finally transferred
