Ontario Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

I had the most amazing experience at Ontario Smiles! Upon walking in the front desk women were smiling and friendly, but above all else SO PATIENT with me. I had not been to the dentist in a while out of fear from past experiences and this dentist office made me feel so SAFE, SECURE, and COMFORTABLE! Every single person that worked on me, including Karina & Dr. Aljabara were so kind and gentle. They all explained the treatments so thoroughly, made sure I had water to drink, that I was able to take breaks if needed and even let me choose what music I wanted to listen to while I was being worked on! I will never go to another dentist. 💗

Only been a member for less than a month, and I already feel like I know everyone. I love the openness and kindness demonstrated here, also who knew they were so baby friendly. A huge PRO of Ontario smiles is being mostly WOMEN RANNED! Special Thank you too Marlene, Dr. Loomba, Dr. Vongphoe, and Karina, you women are AMAZING. Thank you for shining your hearts through your uniform!

Service was quick and effective. I do not like pain and my provider, Dr Looma, made sure that I did not feel pain. I got my permanent crown in two hours. She was thorough in explaining what I needed and why. She made the final decision my choice, no pressure.

Team was amazing. It’s been years that I’ve been to the dentist. Bad experiences since I was a kid but coming here was something else. Dr. Al-Jbara understood my concern and came up with a plan to take care of it. Regina was great with doing the x-rays, but Karina was awesome. She good care of me with the cleaning, making sure I was good and the vibe(she the rock en Español playing). Overall great experience.

Got in same day. Office was clean. Staff was pleasant. I was told I needed a root canal and crown. First problem, I was only told about the highest priced crown. When I declined, I was told about a modest option that was mostly covered by my insurance. Second problem, their endodontist only works one day a month there on a Wed. Third, I came in on a Mon and said moving forward, my day off was on Fri and wanted all my appointments then. They said my dentist didn't work on Fri. There was far too many cons with this office, you can probably find a better option out there...
