They may be small but the customer service is always pleasant and respectful. And I truly don’t mind the wait . It’s never really crowded like other pharmacies that I used to go to. So I’m glad my Dr recommended this pharmacy.

A staff member didn't get the medication I had done two days without, and then I got a next the next-day about a different medication having come in when I already picked it up. Also, since a staff member left before closing hours, I missed a dose. It would be nice if the span of time that the staff member were there were more congruent with the store's operating hours. Especially since medications can't be sold without that staff member present.

It was so much better when Stan was running the place . Everyone use to smile and knew your name. Now It's like BLAA . I enjoy going to the small mom and pop places, Really dislike going to the big pharmacy chain outlets , nobody knows you or seems to care ! What happened ! WHERE IS THE LOVE now days ?

I was a patron of Ontario Pharmacy for years. Their staff was friendly, efficient, and filled my orders quickly. Unfortunately, over the last few months that changed. I started to see faces of people I did not recognize. I was constantly being told that my regular medications were never in stock. They started sending me to their "sister pharmacies". I was inconvenienced by traveling out of my way to different cities like Upland and Rancho Cucamonga to get my basic refills. On one occasion, I was very sick and they had us waiting for over 30 minutes only to tell us they were out of one of the medications and they would text me when it was in.
