This facility is by far the worst health related facility either of us had ever stepped foot into in our life. In less than 18 hrs ( my father was sent there for rehab) on 2/19 @ 3pm and we decided very easily on 2/20 @ 8am that we would be leaving. The incompetence, uncleanliness, and experience was by far so below a minimal expectation of care one could expect. Beware, and at all costs never think of entering or having anyone you know be admitted to this facility under any circumstances! I wouldn't even give it a star, except it wont allow me to submit it without one!

I enjoyed time I got with my mom today. There were times that could’ve gone better such as I simply asked why my mom had a bandage on her arm from what looked like a recent blood draw and no one knew. A gentleman named “Mike” I think told he he would look and let me know whether it was routine or some other reason but never heard back from him. Also the new “check in” machine is nice however when there seems to be no one at the desk to either let you in (especially when it’s winter weather out) or to teach you how to use the machine, it puts a bad mark for your place.

Do not send your loved ones here. Regardless of their condition, this facility does not pay enough attention. Whether it’s due to understaffing, overcapacity, I’m not sure. The experience that my family has endured while our loved one was in this facility has been nothing but disheartening. Every patient’s case is different, but I’ve found nothing but pure negligence from the staff while our father was in there. I want to preserve his privacy, but an experience where an elderly man arrives for short-term rehabilitation, falls in their bathroom, and isn’t found for an hour and a half is absolutely asinine to me. I tend to review businesses and cases based on a multiple visit experience. But please, do not send your loved ones here if you can help it. It will save you many tears, and poten

I had a discussion with one of your nurses. I think her name was Stacy. She has been there about a month. She answeared my all questions and explained things. We discussed how she would like to creat a team work environment there, which I feel would improve moral with other employees and residents. I hope she stays there.

I love the computer sign in. It remembers your previous visit so you really only type in the information once. Check out was fast too.
