OnSpot Dermatology

I’ve been to On Spot Dermatology three years in a row now. I appreciate their mobile service, it makes a very convenient for me to visit them right in our neighborhood. The staff has always been very helpful and very careful to examine me. This year we did find a Spot that needs to be examined by biopsy. Hoping for the best but feel that these yearly visits are gonna prove to be long-term good decision.

Very insatisfied with my visit. First of all, it was supposed to be an event at my work that was apparently covered for a full body exam, but i actually ended up paying $70, so that my primary dr.annual checkup can be fully covered by Aetna. Second, the visit was very uncomfortable, as there was a male assitant that stared at the entire check, while the female assitants were laughing outside the check cubicle. I will never go back again, nor recommmend it.

I’m very impressed with the service I received from OnSpot Dermatology. The gentleman that signed me in was a very nice guy and explained how the process worked. The three young ladies worked together as a team and made me feel very comfortable. They were very efficient with the inspection and note/picture taking. They explained what they thought was going on with some of the issues I had. The entire process took about 30 minutes and I was out the door. I highly recommend them to anyone that doesn’t want to go to an office far from home. Its so convenient and quick!

I was in and out with my exam. Something that I have put off for years was completed within 15 minutes. Mena and Claudia were terrific. Made me feel incredibly comfortable and the process was a great and painless experience.

I have had a great experience with Onspot so far. They have available appointments that work with my schedule, minimal wait times once arriving for the appointment, and a very caring staff with amazing bedside manner. They are quick and efficient while also being thorough. They always make sure to answer any questions I have and make me as comfortable as possible.
