Bait and switch tactics with billing. Was told I would only be billed $40.00 for a procedure when their mobile bus came to my place of employment. I paid the $40.00, and then a month later they sent me a bill for $136.00. If they tell you what they are going to charge you, I highly recommend you get it in writing.

It amazes me the level of care that can be offered in a mobile clinic! I was diagnosed and returned to the same bus weeks later to have the procedure to remove my skin cancer! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, comforting, and willing to explain things when you don't quite understand what is going on or what to expect. They did a wonderful job of going over what to expect afterward and how to care for my wound as well!

First time using OnSpot Dermatology. Very professional, listened to all my concerns, thorough check of my body, and so easy to make a follow up appointment. Would highly recommend. Best part, they came to my development and no need to travel.

My overall experience with OnSpot was mediocre. I had an appointment scheduled during my lunch break, I arrived 15 minutes prior as mentioned in my appointment reminder, upon arrival I was informed that my appointment was “lost” due to a ‘system error’. When I finally saw the doctor, she rushed my appointment, I felt it wasn’t a thorough appointment and I was left with unanswered questions. Months later I received another bill, I called my insurance company and I was informed that I should not have been charged more than my copay. When I called OnSpot about additional billing, Ashley B. was rude and condescending. After two phone calls, I asked her to please mail me a statement and to not send via email. She emailed anyway. Loved my experience at OnSpot Dermatology. I've never had an appointment conducted at a mobile clinic before, but suffice to say, the staff and the provider, were great and addressed my issues with great care. Highly recommend them! Only wish other facilities would offer mobile services as great as theirs.
