I had doctor gonzalez for years and absolutely loved him then he left. I was kind of scared of who or what kind of doctor I was going to get who cared about their patients. Well, I was totally surprised, Dr. Holland is one of the best, could say she is right up there with doctor gonzales. Her nurse Candice is fabulous and the front desk. I have never had a problem when I called in when I spoke to someone about medications or Blood Pressure. Whatever the case may be, they always got back to me. I've never had a problem. I love everyone there they're all great. And scheduling an appointment, it could be like a month out, but it's not an emergency.And if it was I go to internal care or the hospital. I believe all the doctors there are great.That's why you can't get in right away but it's wor

I had a few appointments here before my insurance changed. The appointments were great and I had a pleasant experience. I received a bill in the mail for $169 several months after my last appointment. When I called the office no one gave me an answer as to why I had that charge. I ended up paying the bill but started getting calls from debt collectors about an unpaid balance of $169, which I paid. I called the office and I spoke with someone who said they would call me back about sending me proof but I never got that call back. I then called again and the lady I spoke with was able to see that I paid my bill and said she would send it to billing so I could stop getting debt collector calls, but that didn’t happen. I have been a patient of Dr. Holland's for about 2 years now. Let me first say, she is fabulous! Truly a one of a kind doctor. However, I have had the unpleasant experience with the same receptionist multiple times now. I first spoke with her on the phone (I believe she is somewhat new as I do not remember her when I first starting coming)....she was extremely rude to me when I had to call and cancel to which I gave plenty of notice. Fast forward to today....in person again very rude. She is either a grumpy person or just does not like her job. She spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I do not know her name but she has short blonde hair and wears glasses. Thank goodness Dr Holland is so amazing otherwise I probably would find a new practice just so I dont have to deal with this crabby

My name is heejin. If there is no star option I would take it. I visited this office( Dr.Josilevich) for annual check up on Jun 16th 2022. This check up should be covered by my insurance 100%. But I received bill $ 119.55. I called to the office but they was helpless. I called insurance company and onslow memorial billing Department. I struggled to solve the problem for 1 year. For more than 1 year I recieved 10 times wrong bill. It was very stressful. Everytime when I recieve it I called here and there and spend a lot of time and energy to solve it. Finally I found out what was the problem. It was Dr' Josilevich's mistake. He send my medical record to billing department by diagnostic claim cord (80050/ general heath panel) instead of routine(80061/ Lipid panel). The Billing supervisor A

The one time I went in September was amazing. I got to the back quickly and Dr. Holland was so sweet and helpful. However, I have been trying to go back since October and have scheduled 3 appts and 2 hours before My appt. they call to tell me she isn’t “feeling well” and won’t be in the office. I understand life happens but this is the third time and they keep scheduling me. If she isn’t going to be in the office quit scheduling appointments.
