Dr. Yencha is very knowledgeable and talks you through everything with patience and kindness. I truly cannot speak highly enough about the staff here as well. Every member I've come into contact with has been incredibly polite, professional, and warm. I definitely recommend this office.

I was referred to Dr. Yencha by the VA for a deviated septum that has been causing me problems for more than 20 years now. As a fellow Navy veteran, I prefer to be seen by doctors who have severed because I know they understand me. I could tell from the moment Dr. Yencha walked into the room that he was a very polite, respected doctor, and not the arrogant type. Dr. Yencha took the time to listen to my concerns and after his exam, explained everything he seen and did. He was able to put me on his surgery list to correct the deviation before I walked out of the office. I'm looking forward to seeing him again.

Doctor listened to me as I described the problem. Doctor was not harsh when using the scope. His aid was very kind and patient with me. From the front reception to everyone I came into contact with, the staff was incredibly nice and genuine. The wait was totally reasonable. Absolutely recommend this office. I hope it's always this way! Wish all Doctor visits were this kind.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. My 9 year-old has had several issues with her ears and sinuses. She had a second set of tubes placed in her ears along with removing her tonsils and adenoids and opening her nasal passage all at one time. Throughout the visits and procedure along with after care, the doctors and staff were very informative, understanding and did an awesome job overall. Her recovery was quick and she did really well healing, her hearing has improved and is doing better overall. Dr. Calli Yancey(ENT doctor) and Dr. Myron Yencha(Surgeon) were the best and I cannot thank them enough and the staff at Onslow ENT for helping and taking care of my girl.

This is sad I am even doing this, however I work in the medical I am also a Medtech and know a lot of things. However my 2yr old was referred here because she has really bad allergies. Well months and months go by, and she finally get her surgery for tubes, her nose because she has breathing issues, and her adenoids taken out. After a week goes by, my daughter is still having a fever A WEEK AFTER. We called to see what could be done and get told “well her pcp needs to check her out” excuse me?! No. Y’all are the ones who done the surgery. Not her PCP. We know our child, she isn’t sick by no means. No one is going to see her and they will all tell us we need to see the one who done the surgery. Low and behold we get told everything checks out fine, and gets sent home with an antibiotic. We
