OnPoint Urgent Care - Castle Rock

As a healthcare provider, I am picky. This is a beautiful new facility with comfortable seating and nice decor. The main room offers a coffee machine, with options of tea, and cocoa. Everyone at the facility is warm and welcoming. The medical staff provided excellent support to help my child feel perfectly comfortable. She actually said she wants to go back again this morning, because she enjoys the people: "...Especially the doctor and guy with the 'x-ray cat' on his badge." As a mom, I have to say they really are great. I would absolutely go to this urgent care again. Thank you so much for being there for my family! Had a great visit Saturday morning. I filled out everything ahead of time online, so all I needed to do was check in. I was the only one in the waiting room. They have a nice screen that tells you your place in line. The nurse was great swabbed me for strep before I even saw the provider. The provider was very quick to see me and let me know strep was positive. I was in and out quickly and back home to rest in no time. Probably the best urgent care I’ve ever been to in Castle Rock.

We’ve had consistently wonderful experiences here. The staff and providers are compassionate, attentive, and incredibly patient with young children. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and genuinely partner with parents in care decisions. As a parent, that level of thoughtfulness means everything. I’m so grateful for this team and won’t be going anywhere else.

I came to this clinic with no idea of what to expect. It is new (as of Spring 2025) clean, with a welcoming staff and lobby. The receptionist was very helpful as I filled out the intake form. They quickly got me back with a friendly nurse who did a great job with my intake. The doctor was quick to see me and determine what I needed to feel better. Great experience. Hopefully I won’t be back soon, but if I need to go to urgent care, this is a great one to go to.

My son had strep, Nohe had taken such good care of us, countless times. Gillian was fantastic in getting us right back. I was seen the following day for symptoms. Mel brought me promptly back was very professional and kind. Taylor was great and very thorough. Onpoint urgent care is always the place I trust.
