Doctors Iliff are AMAZING and caring doctors. This is such a breath of fresh air. I was always treated like an individual and not just a number. I walk in and they have already talked about me to whoever was going to work with me that day. They understand the struggles of dealing with health insurance and help where they can help. Thank you for all you have done to put my hearing as a priority!!

Have been a patient at Castle Rock Ear Associates for over two years and I can’t say enough good about this place! Dr. Iliff is my primary Audiologist there, but have seen Dr Bang as well and am very satisfied with their services and expertise. I have very severe hearing loss and Dr Iliff fit me in August with the newest ReSound high powered hearing aid….I loved it immediately and am still enjoying better hearing. A few weeks later, I purchased the AuraCast TV-Streamer from them so that I could enjoy watching tv without missing most of the dialogue, closed captioning is not ideal, and I’m forever in his debt for telling me about it! I had a problem with my hearing aids. I did not have an appointment, but stopped into the office where Nichole quickly fixed my problem. Great Service and Nichole is fantastic. Don’t lose her.

I am so glad that my doctor referred me to Ear Associates! I can now hear the birds and the rain! Dr. Illif has helped me to regain that pleasure! I love my hearing aids!
