Altitude Eye Care at Castle Rock

I recently had the pleasure of becoming a new patient of Altitude Eye Care in Castle Rock, and my experience has been exceptional! From my very first visit, the staff has shown patience and diligence in addressing my unique prescription needs. I required multiple visits and several trial and error fittings, and throughout the process, the team remained committed to ensuring I received the perfect lenses for my vision. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. I truly appreciate the time and effort they invested in me. I feel completely comfortable recommending the staff at Altitude Eye Care at Castle Rock to anyone seeking quality eye care. Thank you for making this experience so positive!

Dr Goetz listened to my questions and ideas and helped me make the best decision for my eye health. He taught me new ways to keep my eyes healthy long term. Clean office, no waiting they ran on time, and lots of options for contacts or glasses or general eye health. Excellent office, would recommend to everyone.

I wish I could give it 100 stars. Altitude Eye Care and Castlerock and Dr. Goetz are amazing. I've been struggling with my eyes for years and I finally found a Doctor Who actually gave me some solutions and answers to why I was having issues. I would never go to anyone else again. And The LensCrafters that is attached to it is amazing. The staff is wonderful, and the customer service is top-notch. All around an amazing experience!

As a business owner and someone who values feedback on client experience, I felt I had to give this review and be as honest as possible, bc if my front desk staff provided the type of interaction I had, I’d want to know immediately. All that said, I did have a WONDERFUL experience with Dr. Josh! He was Super thorough and listened to all my concerns etc… The only reason why I am giving 3 stars was because the front desk staff was horrible. Not only were they so rude, they hardly made eye contact with me and made it obvious that they were inconvenienced by my presence. In addition, my fiancé had the same experience about a week later. It was obvious they weren't thorough in their prep work prior to a client arrival bc I had done all my paperwork online and when she handed me the clipboard to

The Altitude Eye Care staff are very efficient. Dr. GOETZ is exceptional! They deserve a 5 star in my opinion and I wouldn't go to anyone else for my eye care. After a thorough exam, I was diagnosed with cataracts. Dr. GOETZ referred me over to a surgeon that was able to restore my vision to 20/20! If you want that personable hometown feeling with individualized care, then I would suggest you try them out for sure! Thank you Dr. GOETZ!
