The worst, most inconsiderate and most incompetent pharmacy you will find anywhere. The never stock enough of anything and then they dont even call you to tell you you they dont have it. If they do have it its like “We know its a script for 180 but we only have 3 so come pick those up and we will call you again when we have 12 more to tell you about even though it wont be the same brand generic”. If theres a prior auth needed they wont even call to tell you. I was ill waiting on a prescription to come through to relieve my suffering and I called because they suck to check. They get irritated when you call them out like “how dare I expect them to have a common medication in stock or expect them to call me or my doctors office about a prior authorization!!!” They didnt have the medication no

Ive been going to this pharmacy all my life since it was fairview and ever since it changed to on point its been absolutely terrible. If theirs a prior off they will never notify you unless you hassle them. They rarely actually have what I need, if they do there with only be partially enough pills and ill probably end up with 2 separate generics. Last straw for me is saying their distributor no langer carrys somtehing I got there for 2 years straight.Everyone in the area I know who used to go here now doesnt for the same reasons. There is absolutely nothing “on point” about this embarrassment of a pharmacy. Time to switch.

I wanted to leave an updated review I have transitioned into the new owners having been a previous client of the prior owners and I cannot recommend the staff and the pharmacists enough. In a world where we are judged so much they always go the extra mile to go to bat for you on behalf of the insurance companies. It is genuinely their priority to protect you and guide you and they do so seamlessly and with such care. I live quite a distance and I would sooner travel than ever go anywhere else. These are exceptional people who truly have all our best interests in mind. And lastly I leave a thank you for always being a whole staff I can count on.

They are the worst pharmacy. Years ago they were good. Last few years they are incompetent. Delivering meds when they’re not supposed to and not delivering when supposed to. At times we have waited for meds only to find out that they were never ordered and then finding out a day later that their supplier doesn’t carry it.

I cannot say enough about this pharmacy. The folks at On Point are not only kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful - if they don’t have something in their store, they will assist you on how to find it. Insurance issues are resolved immediately. I have called and trusted both Bill and Mike with questions about myself and my family and have been put at ease every time. I cringe at the thought of shopping at a commercial pharmacy. You become nothing but a number. Here you become family. Staff has actually dropped off medication to me on their way home at the end of a business day because I was too sick to get there. Don’t forget to ask for Jessie! She’s the best! I recommend On Point to everyone I know and always will!
