Dear OneSource Team, I’d like to tell you about my great experiences I’ve had thus far with your team. I see Dr. Gavin for Primary Care, as well as I’ve seen him on urgent care for some issues. He’s by far the greatest provider I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He listens to my concerns and walks me through the treatment plan every time I’ve had to come in. Nurse Kayla was with him last time I was in there and she was very thorough in making sure my medical information was correct and updated before Dr. Gavin came in the room. As long as Dr. Gavin is at OneSource I’ll always be a patient. Your team is outstanding and communicates effectively.

Parking lot is nice and clean. Easy parking. Wasn't that busy. Did have to wait about 30 to 40 minutes in waiting room before they called me back. Few of the front desk ladies have no personality. One of them not friendly at all. One was very sweet and friendly. Her name was Beth I think she said. Love Dr. Yawn. She really seems to listens and cares about you. Rooms are nice and clean.

I've seen three of the doctors here and interacted with almost everyone and that is including the weight loss program which I have successfully lost 60 lbs on. The entire staff and doctors are always very attentive you can tell that they are concerned about your issues and they really show how much they care. I've arrived early and been taken back and I don't mean 5-10 minutes early I mean 30 minutes early they were a little slow that day so they could get me on back but I've never had an unreasonable weight even if they've had to do a blood draw or an x-ray that was not planned when I initially made my appointment so if your time matters to you and you want to deal with a group of professionals that have excellent personalities and will make you feel like they are concerned because I trul

I had the best experience. I was a walk in patient with fever and chills. The staff were very professional and quick. I saw Dr. Banks and he got me feeling better in no time. I will continue to go here for all of my care!
