One Health Medical Center is for Spanish speakers, PERIODT. The colorism is real in this place! Leo Sanchez, in the Miami Lakes office, is rude and condescending. She should not be working with the elderly. Dr. Regalado is very nice but doesn't take you seriously when you complain about her staff and the continued disrespect. After speaking with other patients who are black, who use this clinic, the stories are the same. I found out that I am not the only one who feels this way about Leo! Just today, I received a call from One Health, regarding an appointment scheduled for tomorrow for my dad. After speaking with the "nice one" at the front desk, I decided to check my notes.
