The screener is always very professional and polite…
I get here at 8:30 and they open at 9am the collector was late and when she got here she had a personal phone call going on then gave her my barcode and she handed me a cup to pee in when I get done I give her the urine sample and she scans my barcode then she tells me that I have to do a breathalyzer I said ok and she tells me I would have to redo my urine sample because the breathalyzer test has to be done first..... and mind you if she would have just scanned my barcode and got off her personal call none of this would've taken place.
