CVS

Came all the way in town to do a UPS drop-off (Amazon), when I got here at 7:47 PM they had the door locked!!! If you’re going to close at 7:50 pm then y’all need to change your stores hours that are posted beside the DOOR, on UPS’s website and your website!! One of my biggest pet peeves! Bet y’all got paid to work until 8pm or later but you’re closing early!

I love this CVS,I get reminders,I have had no problems with getting my rx's,I use the drive thru mostly,quick,I used my barcode in my CVS app makes it quicker and pay before I get there through the app,and the staff here are a lot nicer than the two CVS I used in prattville😊

This one was like a CVS is supposed to be. My prescription was transferred in from another pharmacy and filled very quickly by CVS. After the prescription was filled, they asked me if they could contact my doctor to have the prescription filled again. Excellent friendly service

Very organized and friendly staff

Every month I get my medication for free from Amovig through the free trial period for a year. This month, I send my husband to pick up my medicine.They charge him for a very expensive prescription. I call them right back and explain that I get that for free through their trial and the pharmacist states I see that you have. I asked him if he could give him a refund since he saw I have gotten in the past and rerun the Amovig card. He state no, since my husband left the store with it. We are not asking him to take the medicine back, just to rerun the card, because that medication is supposed to be free.
