Was looking for a new PCP. Made an appt online for one provider (which had availability according to the calendar online when making the appt), got to their office for my appt time and was told I would have to see a diff provider (NP). How convenient. Staff was really nice and polite I will say that, but never heard back from anyone regarding my complaints or what to do. Seems like they just wanted to collect the money and move along. I did get some lab results, but as someone who was coming in for chest pain, I would expect a follow up, testing, or something of that nature. especially when it wasnt an urgent care appointment. Disappointed and did have to seek other care after that since never heard anything. Wouldnt pick this office again.

The whole staff was nice .. the Nurse n Nurse practitioner.. Dr.wood .. they both treated me very well n listened n explained to me what was going on with me an answered any questions I had ..
