This practice is run so badly that the quality of care doesn't matter - you will probably never see a care provider in the first place. I've been a patient with the practice for a little over a year - switching now obviously. Each time I've had an appointment, I've waited at least 30-45 minutes beyond my appointment time. I was already considering switching practices for this reason, but today was the cherry on top. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am earlier this week. At 8:15am, the practice called to cancel the appointment. It was re-scheduled as a telehealth appointment for 4p this afternoon. The practice called me not at 4p, but rather at 3:20p and 3:50p. I’ve been coming to this place for years and although the staff is great, there’s something going on with their wait time that’s not right. I had a 10:00am appointment and it’s now 12:23 pm and the person who is doing the ultrasound tells me she’s the only one smh. Had I known this earlier I would have rescheduled for another day but I’m already here. They’re good people as is polite but horrible communication. UPDATE On my next visit all went smooth. No extensive wait time this time around. Staff were nice as usual.

I am so pleased by the service at this vein center. The front desk is so friendly and welcoming. I felt like family the moment I walked in. I was nervous about my getting treatment for my varicose veins but Dr. Ali Aboufares bedside manner calmed me and made me excited to get treated! I highly recommend this place
