I am already reaping the benefits of the functional movement techniques I learned from Dr. Burr and Graham. I've always had issues with hamstring/quad/groin injuries whenever I would exert myself with fitness activity. Dr. Burr deduced that these were all stemming from weak glutes, so he and Graham tailored some restorative exercises for me to combat this. In just a few months, I have been noticing a huge difference in my strength and flexibility, and I don't really feel those "nagging" muscle tweaks like I've been so accustomed to. I heard a couple golf buddies of mine talking about OmniKinetics during a round last fall. I finally took it upon myself to actually see what they are all about and LOVE it so far. I also do CrossFit, but with majority of the workouts being vertical up/down movement, it was nice to get to OmniKinetics to work on different techniques, movements and stretches that actually help my side to side flexibility and movement. The two seem to supplement each other nicely. I have been working with Dr. Burr now for 3 weeks and cannot wait for summer to be back, so I can see the improvements myself on the course. Great group of guys to work with, looking forward to continuing at Omni throughout the spring and summer.

Dr. Burr approaches his work through high levels of professionalism and transparency. I went to Dr. Burr with questions about how to lose weight, and instead of simply telling me to cut calories like most people would, he took the time to explain weight management is about more than calories. It's about eating the proper foods for your body. Dr. Burr never talked down to me or made me feel silly for not knowing certain things, and I am now on a much better path to a life of health. I've been a patient of OmniKinetics / RJ Burr for nearly a year. As a competitive powerlifter (2015 APF national champion, raw 220 weight class) I frequently stress my body to its limits and occasionally beyond. RJ's methodical approach allows us to identify imbalances that lead to those injuries, so that I can adjust technique accordingly, and continue making forward progress. Unlike traditional chiropractors, RJ will often provide instructions and simple drills to enable me to fix myself, when certain joint dysfunctions return. In one example, I had been dealing with a nagging hamstring / glute issue, and using anti-inflammatory medication, massage therapy, shockwave and other methods with no improvement. After consulting with RJ, he quickly determined that the issue was likely caus
