2 time in Nutra Med take me long time for unloading mor than 3 hr
Service is slow, often out of medications, lack of communication and follow-through. As the primary facility to medications for many aging home communities, it is disgraceful that patients need to wait as long as they do and/or risk not receiving the medications they need for conditions they are enduring. As a personal purchaser, I would NEVER choose to rely on Omnicare and, if it is truly owned by CVS, you are giving CVS a bad name. Disgraceful - negative 5 stars if that was a possibility.
