I’ll start with my history with Healthy Aging. I found Dr Rand almost 12 years ago in a low testosterone situation. We sat down, he explained my numbers and where I could/should be. That lead to a decision I made when move forward with TRT (or HRT). 12 years later and there is a very tangible reason I will never leave this practice. Dr Rand is great, continues to show he is invested in me, my life and my health. The bloodwork is top of the the line and constantly reminds me why “annual physicals” with my primary pale in comparison to the work I do with HA. Additionally, and as someone that has 12 years of consistent experience, I will tell you that the team there (Ashley in particular) is as amazing as anyone could ask for. They are understanding, accommodating and always take my life situ

I went to see Dr. Rand on a friends recommendation in September and just had my first followup. We uncovered a variety of intolerances that left me perpetually inflamed and undernourished despite a very healthy diet. In a couple months, implementing Dr. Rand’s and nutritionist Dave’s advice I feel fantastic and lighter! Just the knowledge of what I should not eat based on clear data motivated me to overhaul my food choices and nutrition. I plan to maintain regular 3-6 month visits and look for them to continue to guide me on all aspects of my health.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Rand‘s now for the past 5 years and found him to be very knowledgeable, very thorough and most of all very compassionate. He is a pioneer in longevity medicines/therapies. He’s helped me take control over several medical issues I was concerned with, and provided me the tools to do so. I would highly recommend him to anyone whose goal is to live happier, longer, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

De. Rand and his staff have helped me achieve most of the goals I set out to accomplish while I am still working towards others. The office is very professionally run, and sees to it that each patient is well attended. Ashley, the Office Manager, deserves a special call out. She always takes the time to listen to any concerns and help me find the answer. She is a gem. I appreciate the holistic approach to wellness.

Even though it's been only several months, Dave's treatment has been life changing. My gut health has improved dramatically, have more energy and overall feel the best that I have felt in a very long time. I visited many medical professionals who were not equipped to help me. Dave has helped immensely. He's the best decision I've made.
