Omni Eye Services - Parsippany

The Parsippany office is great. Be aware though that your first visit can and probably will be approximately 4 hours. Yes, that's right. 4 hours but they are extremely thorough. All the doctors and technicians I have encountered were pleasant, respectful, answered all my questions thoroughly and were knowledgable. I had to have retina surgery first and the the retina specialist associated with Omni was very pleasant and knowledgable as well. This office runs like a well oiled machine! The only complaint I have is really with someone at the surgical center in West Orange. The employee that did my laser part of the surgery on my right eye (third surgery) was a little rough on the eye. The first cataract surgery I had was with a different person working that did the laser part and he was won

My eye dr recommended Omni when she discovered I needed cataract surgery. The staff nurses Dr.s there are kind patient and thorough. I never felt rushed they answered all my questions. I had the first of both eyes done and the nurses Dr and staff at the surgical center were nothing short of amazing. They are kind and very freindly. Explained everything and made me feel so comfortable and confident in their abilities I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

My consultation with Dr. Milite at Omni Eye Services was exceptional. Within minutes of meeting Dr. Milite, I was struck not only by his deep knowledge and experience, but also just how kind and reassuring he was. Dr. Milite really took his time with me - thoroughly explaining and answering my many questions and walking through the pros and cons of each treatment option. Nicy, Hayley and Yamaris - all part of Dr. Milite’s team - were equally fantastic! Caring and knowledgeable, I was truly in great hands every step of the way!

Staff and doctors at this office are nice. Answered all my questions even though I was not happy about my outcome. Which was more to do with my eye health. Always will be happy to see them on my next visit.

Very highly recommended. I have had various reasons for using Omni especially cataract surgery. Everyone is quality doctors. The only negative i the waiting room is way over packed for the number of doctors on schedule
