Omega Pharmacy

This pharmacy is one of three in the area but they are definitely customer and detailed orientated in the services they offer. The pharmacist Alex remembers people personally down to your scripts. Even if you forget a refill you will be delightfully reminded when they are delivered. Also reminders if you need updated scripts. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous also consistently same for many years that they definitely know who you are upon entering if you’re a regular. They also provide notary services, faxing and have a copy machine for customer use at a low .05 per page. You can also refill and pay phones here.

Omega has been my pharmacy for over 12 years. The pharmacist, Alex, goes out of his way to help me whenever I need. The owners & the staff all know me by name & have all my medications ready when they're due. Omega is the gold standard for pharmacies!!

Absolutely phenomenal, treats their customer with a sense of urgency as a family member would for their loved ones. They did not hesitate to mail an important medication since I won't be there in person to pick it up in time. This is the kind of care and compassion you will never get at any CVS or Walgreens.

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! They gave me the wrong pills for my son and I returned both medications (my son spit out the liquid medicine said that it tasted different than the previous bottle we received from this pharmacy. Pharmacist said that it was because of a different manufacturer, although the both bottles said the same manufacturer company) I said to the pharmacist that I could not trust him, he said for me to have another pharmacy call him and he would transfer the prescriptions. New pharmacy called soon after and was told there was no prescription for my son! This pharmacy is not to be trusted! They play with people's health only to make money! I have dealt with this pharmacy for years. I would come their all the time, they were the only place that you can make copies or fax documents. I would always receive warm cheery customer service for this small pharmacy. They several years later I fell ill and had to take a large amount of medicine. It only made sense that I use this pharmacy that is right up the block. Quarter of a block nort. Literally like 150 steps from my front door. I never regretted it. I realize the delivery guys were kin and this was obviously a family business. I observed that these delivery men were some kind of special.
