Outdated diagnostic equipment, unprofessional staff, especially the main doctor (Dr Lorie), she comes off as silly and unprofessional. Office is cluttered and messy,. Their frame selection is mediocre. You’ll be much better served elsewhere; heck try Costco if you have a membership there; you’ll be in way better hands.

I have been going here for the past six years. I highly recommend this optometry. They have a good selection of frames. They also provide quality service.

I have been to various places for my eye exams/ eyeglasses. Hands down this is the absolute best place. Friendly and top notch quality service .They never disappoint . I recommend them highly. Update(11/11/2023) Received my eyeglasses in a very expedient timely manner. Dr Kooks exam is thorough and complete . Believe the reviews stating the care and time she gives each patient . Simply stated these eyeglasses are the best I ever had . She is on point. My appreciation and gratitude is beyond words.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kook for 4 years. Funny to say that I look forward to seeing her and her staff, but it is true. Always friendly, always professional and, unlikely most medical practices, always on time for appointments! Truly happy I found them and have recommended this office to my clients for years. I have been a patient since 2006 and from 1st day, dr Lorrie Kook always treated me like family brother. The care for the patients she has it, it's really great and there is no words to describe her care for her patients. I have a cornea damage and I need really good hard contacts lenses to be able to see anything and Dr Kook was the only doctor that was able to get my hard contact lenses fit and make me be able to see it today.
