Since this clinic was sold to AltaMed Medical about a year ago, the quality of care and service has gone completely downhill. The front desk staff (reception) are consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. There is no respect for patients’ time, no proper communication, and absolutely no sense of care or empathy. Appointments are poorly managed, waiting times are unreasonable, and simple questions are met with attitude instead of help. What used to feel like a medical clinic now feels like a place where patients are treated as a burden rather than people who need care.
