Spent an hour and a half here today and still no contacts. Going elsewhere. First they blamed it on the fax machine, then my eye doctor out of state, and now the email PDF of the prescription I sent isn’t showing up in his inbox. I didn’t think they wanted to help me, but later I received a phone call that they did get a copy of my prescription and dispensed my contacts, about 3 hours after I arrived initially.
