Dr. sends in my prescription after my appointment on a friday ( they close at 12) and they say I need a form filled out. Dr. sends in the form at 11:45 and the pharmacist says it wasn't completed correctly after the Dr. closed! Called back Monday and the pharmacist wasn't in and they are the only one that can approve my medicine. Called back today and I was told that the pharmacist is on jury duty and I have to wait until they get back before I can get my medicine! I've been out of my pain medications for 10 days now!! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY, IVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!! I wish i could change pharmacy but i can't go anywhere else because nobody else takes new patients with pain medications which is bullcrap!!
Every time I need a refill of my prescriptions they are always on time and answer nicely to my phone calls. Nice staff and good customer service.

Needed syringes for a shot...the lady tells me she can't sell me any without a prescription..this is taken from NCDHHS; North Carolina law allows the purchase and sale of syringes from a pharmacy without a prescription.
The pharmacist is always polite and courteous.
