Olathe Health Urgent Care

Would be GREAT to be able to receive URGENT care at 5:02pm on a Monday. Your doors say open until 6pm. Online says you take your last patient at 5:30pm. Why is my 3yr old toddler being turned away at 5:02pm with an empty waiting room?!?!? Saying you’ve “met capacity”. Excuse me?!? That’s absurd. Change your hours to reflect closing at 5pm then!!!!!

Doctors are fine but since KU took over they no longer have online check-in. Be sure and stand at the front desk even after you sign in, otherwise people will cut in line in front of you. Do not sit down until you’re fully checked in or you’ll he stuck there for an hour. I waited an extra hour while the person who cut in line got seen immediately

Exceptional staff, great facility, excellent location. I have not been to a walk-in clinic with a kinder staff. My wait time to see the PA was estimated at 45 min; it took 20 and I was out and on my way home in 35 minutes. I will certainly return to the walk-in here in Paola again if I’m in a situation where I need to see a doctor on short notice.

They are great, the staff and doctors. my whole family come here and we wouldn't change it. They try there best even when the room is full of people and are upfront if its going to be a long. All of you are doing a great job keep it up

They said they aren't accepting walk-ins because they only have 1 provider. There was nobody waiting.
