I called to get my husband’s prescription filled. The person on the other side of the phone asked for his birthday and asked me what medication and told me what they had for him. I said okay great and she hung up. No good bye or have a nice day. I had more questions. Called back and asked when it would be done and she told me. Also hung up on me again. The interaction both times was so rude. Please get better phone and customer service manners.

It's a small town pharmacy and i have a medically complicated child so they truly do do their very best and I appreciate them so much. My 4 stars is because they don't remember extra bottles for Dads house and i have to ask every month and i wish they were better about contacting Drs to renew scripts on some of my sons medications but again, he is a very medically complex child.

Always have respectful, professional interactions. I also have to compliment the quick response time and even in computers been down times, I still received needed meds if needed quickly. Thank you everyone at Auburn pharmacy in Paola.

This pharmacy use to be good, but something has changed lately. Every time I went to pick up a prescription they said I was out of refills they would call it into the doctor and a week later nothing still no prescription. However the last time I went in and they told me to try and find somewhere else to fill my prescription because they lose money on it that was the end for me. I have many prescriptions and it’s not really my business what you do or don’t make money on. Their job is to fill prescriptions and provide knowledge and customer service. I have moved all my prescriptions now to somewhere else. I thought supporting local business would be best but don’t feel like they just don’t care.

Best pharmacy I have been to, hands down. The large retail pharmacy chains just don't provide the tailored, loving care that AuBurn can.
