Dr. Needham and her staff are exceptional. They made arrangements to reschedule my appointment, putting me on their cancellation list and literally calling me the same day to reschedule my appointment to better align with my schedule needs. They attentively addressed my needs and concerns, all while making me feel at ease with the overall (but familiar) process.

Not only do I love Dr. Needham for my own Eyecare needs but I trust her with my kids. She is kind, patient and thorough. Everyone in her office maintains a calm and soothing atmosphere.

An excellent example of what all medical providers should be like. Dr. Needham is both caring and efficient and takes the time to genuinely listen to her patients.

Seriously you can't beat Dr. Andrea Needham's sweet personality. So tender hearted! She greets you with a smile the minute you walk through the door.
