Doctor Hooker was very unprofessional. He was so busy checking his watch while we were talking to him that he wasn't listening. Then he sends a bill for $110. Named professional services. I paid my deductible upon visit. I fired him as my doctor and refuse to pay the bogus bill.

Location: 400 Fairview ave Ponca City,, OK 74601 - Receptionist Lisa was rude and violated a patient civil liberties by refusing him treatment due to his physical and mental disabilities. Patient is a stroke victim and has a massive brain injury and partial paralysis leaving him with the inability to read or write. Upon early arrival for his appt.he requested assistance in filling out his forms and she refused him treatment with the statement "we are not equipped to handle such a task."

Horrible about being open when my father in law has a scheduled appointment.
