The clinic is very efficiently run at the expense of warmth and caring. I left the place with good information provided by competent staff but it seems clear that no one really cares. Very embarrassing moments in the x-ray until it occurred to the person to offer me a gown. Assembly line approach.

Kathy knew her stuff, she was very knowledgeable and explained things slowly so that I could understand better as to what was going on with my back. She was thorough and friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire visit! All the staff were friendly and the wait time wasn’t terrible considering we just had a snowstorm come through! My first time there was a good experience I’ll def be back if anything else breaks on me!

Kathy is awesome. She’s the perfect combination of a skilled practitioner with a wonderful bedside manner.

I was delighted to be able to get in at OIP as a walk in client. I was waited on within minutes and was able to see the doctor within 30 minutes. He examined my finger and thoroughly explained my condition and treated it. I highly recommend OIP for the outstanding treatment and physicians. Professional and caring.

Great experience with Kathy. She was polite and inquisitive. Personable. And especially tolerant of my long stories,,, both of injury background and then later during drainage procedure.—to allow me to distract myself. She was even tolerant of my snapping a souvenir pic of the drainage vile! Great customer service with all the staff, even on a busy day-after long weekend. Thank you OIP.
