OhioHealth Urgent Care Reynoldsburg

With it being peak sickness season, I fully expected a long wait—especially at an urgent care. However, Ms. Cynthia made the experience so much easier. From the moment I called in, she was welcoming, polite, and patient. That warmth was even more evident when we arrived in person. Even though the clinic was busy due to the influx of patients, Ms. Cynthia went above and beyond by offering my son and me snacks and drinks while we waited. In an era where great customer service is hard to find, Ms. Cynthia wasn’t just professional—she was truly outstanding. Thank you for making our visit pleasant.

Was seen at urgent care today. I was happy to be able to be seen. Front desk staff very professional and efficient. Was positive for Flu A and was told I by the PA, that I gave myself bronchitis (not sure how you give yourself bronchitis). The PA said she was going to prescribe 4 medications. Never once told me what those medications were. She walks out the room. I am expecting her to return. The nurse walks in the room with the check out paperwork and prescriptions. I asked for a work excuse and was told by the nurse that they could only write me off two days. Today and tomorrow. My appointment was at 4:45pm...so what value did that have. You expect someone with the flu and bronchitis to return to work in a day? Care certainly isn't what it used to be. I will stick with COPC practio

I wish there was 0 stars too. I’m so over this organization at this point. This urgent care specifically at this point be stealing money. I have a 60 dollar copay everytime I go and for the last 3 times I went there they sent me to the hospital after I pay my copay. Don’t help me at all. Knowing that pickerington ER is quite slow. I’m so irritated. It just makes me feel like they don’t want to help me, I can never get help. And that’s towards this urgent care and the obgyn/gyno office next door

Alls I can say is it’s truly a waste of time to go they are not going to help you they don’t care they talk about patients outside the door when they come in especially the physician she doesn’t care …. She will just refer you to the hospital while she gets paid for free to not even touch or look and see what’s wrong with you…. I came because I had swelling in my face from a tooth and she just looked at me said “ there is nothing I can do besides send you to the ER basically she got paid for what … smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ worse visit ever I feel like I was just based on my race I mean that’s what I heard them discussing in the hall

On 11/9/25, I brought my elderly mother in who can barely walk with respiratory issues and I only saw one window open. I went to that window and the attendant at the other window snarked off to me aggressively and rudely, “is there a reason you didn’t come to my window”. There was no line at the window I went to. I’m pretty sure she wasn’t at the window but then I went over there and she sent me back to the other window “since I already went there”. Then the attendant at the other window was disgruntled when I went back rolling her eyes and basically inconvenienced. My mother can barely walk. Great job Ohio Health. Gross.
