Everyone here was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and the entire process was explained clearly so I always knew what to expect. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout my visit, which I really appreciated. I also got to test my hearing, which was actually pretty fun! Overall, I had a great experience and truly enjoyed my visit.

American Ear is not the problem. For the 2nd when I called Echo Hearing for an appointment I was sent to American Ear that could not help me. I am extremely disappointed in whoever is answering the phone and making appointments. This time was for the tv connector not working. I ordered a new one from Amazon.

Easy to make, change appointment times. Friendly. I felt well taken care of for my needs.

Adam did a great job of testing my hearing. I felt very comfortable discussing my situation with him. He let me try out hearing aids over the weekend, which I thought was great to see whether the investment would be worth it. Highly recommended.
