I felt very comfortable at East Columbus Periodontic and Implant Dentistry. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They were very willing to answer any questions I had and everything was explained well to me. The doctor also took the time to go over everything in detail and to listen to any questions and concerns I had. I know I am in good hands! Thanks for making the visit a pleasant one!

These guys here are awesome, by not only their bedside manner, but with how they communicate with their patients. I was made to feel comfortable and confident in what they were gonna do for me and my gums. I am so thankful to have them as my Periodontist. Stay away!!! Showed up 20 minutes early for an appointment (wasn't sure about the traffic). I received a phone call at 8:33am (for a 8:50am appt) stating that the doctor was in traffic and running late. They wanted to reschedule. I advised I would wait until my appointment time to see how close the doctor was at that time. I then received a text at 8:43am saying that my appt has been rescheduled to 9:50am. I then received a phone call at 8:48am stating the Dr. wasn't going to make it and that we needed to reschedule. Advised them of the text I received and they said they do not know anything about it and that the doctor had surgery at that time. They said I would need to reschedule for the following week. Their methods and approach are thorough, up to date, and provided me with options I didn't expect but came to LOVE!
