Extremely disappointed at the staff and nonchalant approach to how they handle new patients. They cancel you day of and book you additional months out without any regard that you waited months to get in. I had an appointment set with Kelsey Putman. This apparently was my sign to find another Dr after I looked at similar reviews of disappointed patients. My suggestion, find another doctor and be sure they have professional front desk receptionist that represent their office well!

I have been going to OhioHealth for more then 10 years and when they changed my doctor to this location and to Jami Keister, everything hit the fan. She is not a good doctor at all. She will refuse you medication, not listen to you, you will wait an hour in the doctors room just waiting to see her. She said I had a heart problem and made me see a cardiologist when nothing was wrong? She will make you waste your time and money. Oh and she is not good and refilling prescriptions and says you have all the prescriptions you need when it’s her fault she messes up. I have had issues of her not refilling my medication more then once because it was her mess up. She said I had more medication of an urgent medicine I take and wouldn’t refill and I literately ran out, and then banned me from this loc

Doctors are amazing however the staff are very rude they always over book and is very slow. You have to make an appointment 2 or 3 months in advance to get in. Medical assistant hardly ever return your call and when they do they just say they'll call you back and you don't hear anything. When you finally see an doctor they apologize and make it clear that no one has sent them message as they say they do. Than they have the doctor so booked she can hardly talk to you without rushing. I hate to have to find a new doctor but since she moved from downtown this has been an absolute nightmare.

I had such a great experience and wonderful care! I had a medical issue happen suddenly and the doctor made time to see me the next day. Even though he was extremely busy. The staff is very friendly and nice. They made me feel like solving my issue was very important to them. I am very happy with the care I received.

First of all, if you’re upset about having to wait a long time to be seen or frustrated cause a refill isn’t done quick enough, I highly suggest you do not leave an appointment without your doctor SHOWING you they have sent your refills to cover you until they want to see you again. And make sure you schedule THAT DAY for your next appointment. This will literally solve that problem. Also, patients don’t ever seem to grasp that the doctors and the staff at any doctors office are over scheduled & under staffed so they can meet patient load they are required to hit by OhioHealth cooperate, and to make the most money off of you, they typically staff lower. So don’t get mad at them for it. Trust me! They want more help, they don’t get it. And they are people too, they get sick, they deserve to
