My primary care provider at this location left suddenly over a year ago. When that happened, this location refused to see any of her patients, so I called everyone in the area taking my insurance. The soonest I could get an appoint was three months out. When I informed them of that wait I was offered a one month refill on my medications. Their "help" was one month of meds to get me through three months. I'm on psych and blood pressure meds. Going without those could kill me. They didn't care. Now my wife recently went to the hospital. She got a scan several months ago and there was something on the scan that was abnormal but not big enough to be a concern, we weren't even told about it at the time because it is considered safe and the proper treatment was to not do anything. Monday thru Friday 730am-430pm is a LIE. Closed at 230pm on a Friday. How ridiculous. Get it together. Only day to get bloodwork done and can’t even do that because CLOSED AT 230pm on a FRIDAY! Make it make sense

Dr. Tucker is AMAZING! She has changed my life. She listens and is extremely caring. The office staff has always been super nice as well!

Rude doctors. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on your patients. Update 1/4/2023: If I could give this place zero stars I would. They fraudulently billed my insurance company who I now disputed the claim with. All this after the “office manager” ensured me that my insurance wouldn’t be billed when I made the complaint the day of my appointment. DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC AND IF YOU DO, EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE. Especially by Dr. Dora Gonzalez-Tolly.
