After a week of pretty significant back pain and a trip to my primary Dr last week, my pain was worsening so my husband brought me in. My nurse (I believe her name was Pam but I apologize if I got it wrong) was so friendly and didn’t seem annoyed by my arrival which is always wonderful. She did my triage and asked the usual questions, as fast as she walked out Dr Stein walked in and knew my whole history. He gave me a lidocaine patch, pain relief and a round of steroids to get me through the night until I get my scripts in the morning. He also sympathized with me as he also suffers from back pain. I can’t be more thankful as I lay in bed more comfortable than I have been in over a week. We need to remember to give our health care workers some grace as they are working short staffed a lot

I've been here twice Drs and nurse are great I like it here. But the last time I went I got my blood drawn and the IV had to stay in. It's had never happened before. The feeling I was experiencing is not normal. The bruises I'm experiencing as a result. It's painful and uncomfortable even days after. My main bruise is the size of an egg. Not the mention the others around it. I'm not sure if I'd like to go back.

I've been here since 5:30 it's now 9. I'm just here because of unexplained nausea and vomiting. They found nothing in my tests. But I'm still sitting here. Waiting on what exactly? This is ridiculous. There are people who need to be here more than me if you can't find out what is wrong just give me my paperwork so I can leave.

They need to learn to reread their documents before submitting it. My child is a GIRL not boy. The nurses weren't very happy when I brought my child in either. Definitely don't plan on going back there anymore, I'll drive to marion urgent first or Mansfield Hospital.

Ok, to be clear! The nursing staff was amazing. The Dr was a different story. He repeatedly demanded to know why I thought I needed to come to the ER. When he wasn’t satisfied with my answer, he turned to my wife and stated asking her “why did you bring him here, Why did you drive him here, what was so bad?” I was there because I was actually feeling quite terrible, and there was some neurological problem. He never scanned my head or did even a basic neurological exam, he ordered tests to see if I had a heart attack. I was not there for my chest, my chest wasn’t hurting. I was there for my head! A waist of time and money.
