Discount Drug Mart

I thought drug mart was 5/5 in the past due to past good experience getting monjouro when I couldn't get it elsewhere. I took down this review and gave 1/5. At the first flu shot walk in at 145p I was told by the pharmacist told me they were going to lunch for an hour and couldn't do the shot then. It was clearly 145 on every clock..15 mins before lunch 2-3. This date I went in at 10 sat and was told to come back later in day or wait approx 30 mins. I'm not above waiting but add time to go and back and including time had already "waited" since there is not appts. I use a wc on top of things so it took extra time to get in and out. Why not give priority to people who have already tried to get their shot. I went to Meijer and it was easy in and out and will use from now on. Cvs last ye

Needed some pics made off my phone, it was like pulling teeth to get someone to help you, like I'm suspose to know how to use your machine. When I did get help I got an attitude so probably won't be going back there.

I would give it a zero star but that's not an option....their pharmacy manager is a horrible person. She will not fill your prescription due to her own personal beliefs..I have had a hard enough life and hard enough time without having a pharmacist judge me for what prescriptions MY DOCTOR WRITES ME! What business is it of hers what medicine my doctor feels is RIGHT FOR ME?! She refused to fill my prescription even tho I had already been filling there for almost a year. All of a sudden she started telling me it's not in her beliefs to fill my prescription! What is actually going on here??? And how is this legal?? I have heard of others going thru the same situation with her!

Don’t ask for them to hold your prescriptions when you get called for overtime all week and can’t make it. They will lie to you. I called 11/6 at 12:49pm and spoke to a girl wish I remembered her name. She assured me she put a note in my prescriptions to hold them until Sunday. I told her that’s perfect I will be there Saturday. I chiseled out 20 minutes to go grab them and they restocked them anyway and I had to take a hit taking extra time off work to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to refill them AGAIN because they lied to me!

I waited in line for a long time while a clerk price checked something. In the meantime, someone jumped in front in another line (that rounds perpendicular). Eventually I check out and the clerk is so slow and tried to hand the receipt to the person behind me in line. I felt like I was in an alternative universe where time has no meaning.
