Exceptional Care Experience at Avita Health System Consistently Excellent Service Throughout my experiences with Avita Health System, I have consistently received outstanding service. The commitment shown by the entire team has always left a positive impression on me. Attentive and Caring Staff The doctors, nurses, and other staff members have always ensured that I was well cared for during my visits. Their professionalism and compassion made a significant difference in my overall experience. Support for Family Members In addition to taking care of me, the staff also made sure that my family members who accompanied me were comfortable and supported. Their attention extended beyond just the patient, contributing to a comforting and reassuring environment for all involved.

I had an incident with a member of the pick U department, where the woman was rude to me and did exactly what I told her not to do and wouldn’t listen to me and like I told her what happened my vein blue, and the inside of my elbow is pure, black and blue and in pain where the vein blew just like I said, and it just kept going in the vein and now there’s like 4” x 3” of just bruise with large bumps where the anabiotic Just sat and made the bruise worse and the pain because it bubbled and then I broke out in hives and like I said she did not listen to me. She was rude. She was not American. I’m she’s probably American, but I’m I’m trying to say she’s from the Orient, I reckon how you would say but I’m still in pain and that was days ago. She put me through so much trauma for the day that I

Emergency room had short/no wait. The nurses were kind and very knowledgeable. The Dr. had great bedside manner and knew what he was talking about. They treated us with respect and kindness the whole time we were there.

I went in feeling awful and the care was very professional and quick. Giving meds instantly and the care to help me get better was amazing. Diagnosed quickly and ordered appropriate meds to take at home. Very grateful we chose to go there to see what was wrong. Great staffing, Dr and all!

I took both my sons here and I can honestly say this is probably one of the first walk in clinics that I have been at with hardly any wait time. After just a few minutes we were called back and seen. They were thorough and good. I didn't even have to ask for a school note Nathaniel was on top of it and had notes for both kids as well. It was convenient to walk across the hall to the pharmacy for their medicines. Definitely recommend.
