I would give zero stars if I could. As a student at OU, I have visited this Urgent Care a handful of times and have never once left feeling helped or heard. The office staff is rude to patients, and the care providers basically tell you to take some Ibuprofen and wish you "Good Luck." Visiting this Urgent Care will simply disappoint you and waste 2 hours of your time.

could hear staff talking about me in the hallway while I was waiting in exam room (door was closed); had the wrong procedure in their schedule so they wanted me to come back another time; actual words "you need to make a decision because I have other patients". Worst experience ever, 0/10 Do not recommend. Don't make the mistake I did for convenience, schedule appointments with your doctor at home!!

Do not waste your time going here. You'd think it can't possibly be that bad, and it's so convenient that it's on campus. It's not worth it. Uber to a different urgent care or get someone to drive you somewhere else. It is that bad. I dislocated my kneecap, and all I needed was an MRI ORDERED to the hospital near Athens so I can make sure the cartilage wasn't damaged/torn. All I got was NPs saying "Oh, we don't have an MRI machine!" I'm aware, I need one ordered. A NP with the last name of Duncan just said, "Oh, I don't want to order you an MRI because I don't want to be attached to having to follow up with you on it!" Then just, sent me on my way. Asked for pain meds, got nothing. Asked to talk to an orthopedist at Hudson, still got nothing. I just got completely brushed off. Do not waste

Updating review to reflect new experiences. A couple years ago every visit was charged with a very high fee (after insurance). This has since been changed and the fee still seems to be high for certain visits but special visits such as physicals or shots have a much lower cost comparatively. The service is okay, the wait time was moderately long when I was there pre-COVID, and the doctors are nothing out of the ordinary.

Dr. Duval and Dr. Balbo are excellent physicians, always easy to talk to and thorough. Primary care visits in the summer are much faster, and easier to get, than visits in the school year. The walk-in clinic can be a bit backed up at times during the school year. Never had any issues with the quality of care here- the staff are polite and attentive.
