First Settlement Physical Therapy

I had been to another PT facility for my shoulder and was told it was as good as it was going to be.... But then I went to First Settlement. Everyone there is wonderful, but Mara and Jackie are amazing. They tailor each session to your specific situation and needs, are creative and innovative in approaches, and are just plain fine people. I have "graduated" with an amazing shoulder improvement, and now am starting work with them on another issue. I have recommended First Settlement to everyone I meet looking for smart, effective and helpful PT. They are terrific.

Highly professional therapy always with a contagious element of youthfulness and light heartedness. Well trained therapists are all beautiful and fit and friendly. (Including the guys). I’m a 76 year old fellow with an hip replacement. First Settlement of Athens brought this old body to a state of fitness and flexibility that I haven’t seen in years. She really listened to my concerns about my pain getting worse, consulted with Curt, and made efforts to revise my plan to include some new and different treatments She's very attentive and caring. Had a tough time finding a place to help with herniated disc recovery and IT band issues. From my first session at FSPT I had a personalized and targeted plan that helped me to resume normal activity, exercise, and strength training. They were essential in helping me regain confidence and learn the proper techniques to protect vulnerable muscles and address any weakness. I cannot recommend them enough.
