I been a patient of Dr Arencibia for over 10 years and so are my parents and we are all very happy with his service and the way he communicates. He is Very compassionate and really cares about his patients, taking the time to listen and explain everything. The only One I trust for my eyes. Highly recommended.

Their service is incredibly nice and they are very helpful. When I went they showed me how to place my contacts on, they were patient as well. It took me quite a while to put them on but they helped me and we're paintent. I really recommend them, incredible.

This place is awesome, Dr. Arencibia takes his time explaining everything and is honest, does not try to sell a treatment you do not need. The staff is very friendly, I Highly recommend Ocuvision!

Never pick up the phone. I’ve been trying to contact them for months and it’s impossible. It’s like they have a phone for no reason. I’ve left voicemail to get a call back and nothing. Pointless

I haven't even gotten a check up and they are horrible in customer service, I called to make an appointment and they took my name and number down and they never called me back like the manager took all my information and nothing, I will call again tomorrow to see if I can make an appointment, and see who I can make one because it's always an excuse
